Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
At this moment, we only offer shipping to the EU, Switzerland, United States, UK, Israel, UAE, and Angola.
For other countries, please send us a message directly and we will try to get a custom quote to deliver to you.
You can see the shipping cost for your order by going to the cart and adding your address. The checkout page before you enter your payment information will show you the options and prices.
We are shipping all our goods from our warehouse in PORTUGAL, so in Europe, there are no extra charges or taxes to pay when you order your Daruma Apparel!
Standard Shipping times in Europe are 3 to 5 work days, depending where you live.
ORDER-DISPATCH PERIOD
Orders placed Mon-Fri are dispatched usually the next work day.
Orders Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays are dispatched the following work day.
DELIVERY
By CTT (Portugal Post) using Tracked/Signed service for smaller items, like the BJJ Tape
Bigger orders are all shipped with DHL/ FEDEX or CTT (Portugal Post) .
PLEASE NOTE
Work Days are Monday thru Friday not including Bank Holidays in Portugal.
Our couriers endeavour to deliver on time, but adverse weather conditions may cause delays.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of any expected delay and offer an alternative or refund.
If you are unsure of sizes, please include your measurements at checkout in the box provided or contact us.
We will send our best guess based on our experience with the products you have ordered.

- There are no customs duties or taxes within the European Union. For international shipments outside of the European Union, your shipment may be subject to duties and taxes for which you are responsible. Please note that Daruma has no control over these fees and cannot provide any information on the actual costs as they vary from country to country.

Our prices do not include U.S. import duties, tariffs, or taxes.
If you are ordering from the United States, U.S. Customs may charge you import fees when your order arrives.
These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by Daruma Green Store.
We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or your local customs broker if you’re unsure about possible charges.
Returns:
At Daruma Green Store, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have the best experience with our products. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchased Item, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Exchange (within the EU):
Only Items in new and unused condition are eligible for exchange.
The Item must be returned with the original tags and labels intact.
Time Frame for Returns:
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange Procedure:

to initiate the exchange process.
Clearly state your order number and reason for the exchange in your communication.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of the original Purchase and the shipment of the new item.
Inspection:
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for exchange.
Exchange Confirmation:
Once your item is approved for exchange, we will process the request and ship the new item to your provided address.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Please note that we return to the same payment method used during purchase, and exchanges are limited to the value of the original purchase.

Returns Policy – US & International Orders
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the European Union. All international sales (including to the US) are final.
Once an order is shipped, Daruma Green Store provides tracking information and delivery confirmation via the selected carrier.
If a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (including signature confirmation where applicable), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Claims of Non-Receipt
In cases where a customer claims non-receipt despite the carrier confirming delivery:
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on the customer’s behalf.
The customer must cooperate fully with the investigation process.
Required Documentation
To proceed with any claim, the customer must provide official documentation, which may include:
A police report or official loss/theft declaration filed in the destination country
A signed written statement confirming non-receipt
Any additional documentation requested by the carrier or payment provider
Without this documentation, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
Fraud Prevention
Daruma Green Store reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or inconsistent claims, including but not limited to:
Refund requests made before delivery
Multiple claims of non-receipt
Refusal to provide requested documentation
All cases are reviewed individually, and our decision is final.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
Proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, and carrier records will be submitted to the payment provider.
Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for automatic refunds.
Important Notice for International Orders
For international and overseas deliveries, customers acknowledge that:
Delivery confirmation by the carrier constitutes successful fulfillment
Daruma Green Store is not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery
All sales outside the EU are final unless otherwise required by law
